{Among Friends} Announces its Newest Club:
Knitting ♥s Sewing
We are so excited to offer the Knitting Loves Sewing yarn & project bag club! This club features three of favorite bag makers and one of our favorite dyers. We are proud to partner with these amazing women who create their products here in the USA. Their quality is unmatched and oh so functional!
This 3-month club runs July, August, and September and includes the following:
- July: One skein of Alpha B‘s Single B yarn (a fingering weight 100% super wash Merino single yarn) and a Clear Wristlet from Chicken Boots in a custom fabric combination.
- August: One skein of Knitted Wit‘s Shine yarn (a fingering weight 50/50 super wash Merino/Tencel yarn) and a Double Grommet bag from Yarn Pop.
- September: One skein of Sincere Sheep‘s Bannock yarn (a worsted weight 100% Targhee wool yarn — both domestic wool and domestically spun) and a Large Boxy Bag from A Needle Runs Through It.
Each shipment will be sent out on the 20th of the designated month via first class mail.
Cost for this fun club is $165 plus shipping ($12.50 within the US and $25.00 to Canada). International shipping is available upon request.
Tour de Fleece Spinning Club
A whole lot of spinning goodness all in one box!
The annual Tour de France is coming soon and with it the Tour de Fleece. We love seeing the surge in spinning during July. So we decided to put together a new {Among Friends} “club in a box” to help you to get inspired!
This club includes:
- 4 oz of fiber dyed by Krista of Pigeonroof Studios
- 4 oz of fiber dyed by Lorajean of Knitted Wit
- 4 oz of fiber dyed by Brooke of Sincere Sheep
- 4 oz of fiber dyed by a Mystery Dyer
- A bicycle button from Jennie the Potter
- A WPI tool from Girl on the Rocks
- Salt Scrub from Bar Maids
- An {Among Friends} organic cotton tote bag
- Some pattern suggestions for handspun yarn
All the above items will be packed in a one flat rate Priority Mail box for the US and First Class for Canada and shipped out on June 26th. Cost for the club is $150 plus shipping ($16.85 within the US and $25 to Canada). International shipping prices are available upon request.
